Lawton Bury is a substantial farmhouse that has been thoughtfully renovated to ensure that you can enjoy country comfort at its best.

The guest wing is attached to, but separate from, the family’s part of the house. It has its own entrance, staircase and a beautifully appointed south-facing drawing room with expansive views over river meadows and fields.

There are three en-suite guest rooms each furnished to a high standard and offering a full range of facilities, adjustable central heating and numerous thoughtful extras.

There is a large double room with a king-sized bed and a cushioned-sofa that converts into an extra bed if needed. The smaller double room and the twin room both boast a wealth of oak and retain the traditional character of the house. There’s a fridge solely for guests’ use and the landing has been cleverly converted into a reading corner where you can gen up on all the information you need about what there is to enjoy in our lovely county.
